We do not conduct statistics under the passwords to yours members
area. The account of the users in a system is conducted only on
logins. In any case if who or will receive access to our data
bases, or the access to yours accounts in our system he will not
find there any password. You can be quiet for yours members area.
Even we have no access to members area of your site!
If your server will be in down that what
will be with my members area? On our server is conducted
daily backup of all datas of a system as a whole. In case of a
long-term cut-off of our server from a web (for example in an
outcome of force-majeure circumstances) YOURS MEMBERS AREA WILL
BE ACCESSIBLE to your users. The access will be get at the same
level as before use Protector Pro. All suspended accounts will
be restored. Yours members will not remark for want of it of any
restrictions.
What will be if I shall not
have time in time to pay your services for the next month? We try to remind beforehand of necessity of payment of service.
In case if you have not paid in time our services we try to contact
to you and to clarify the reason, for which you have not paid
service. We try to not disconnect accaunts in a system unexpectedly

represented:
- Login name - login, under which the user has received access
in yours members area
- MBytes down - amount downloable content by the user under it
login in megabytes
- IP subnets - amount IP subnets used for an input under one login
- Hits - amount of the requests under one login
- Minutes online - minutes conducted online under one login (per
day)
- Days online - how many days are served this members
- Times disabled - how many time was blocked this login
The statistics is conducted per every day.
